ETI-TECH provided comprehensive MEP, HVAC, and ELV solutions for a premier fitness and wellness destination in Kaduna. Acting as lead commercial project consultants, our team employed a smart engineering strategy to satisfy the demanding operational requirements of a modern gym while preserving the luxurious ambiance of the adjoining salon and spa.
To achieve this balance, we focused on comfort, reliability, and safety, integrating advanced smart technologies for seamless control and monitoring. The project was delivered on a fast-track schedule, meeting stringent technical specifications and aesthetic goals.
The result is a fully optimized, energy-efficient system that elevates the dynamic atmosphere of the wellness facility—harmoniously merging high performance with luxury.
Electrical & Plumbing Systems
We meticulously designed the power distribution, lighting layouts, earthing, and load balancing to support specialized gym and salon equipment. The plumbing network features hot and cold water distribution, efficient drainage, and water-saving fixtures, specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of the wellness zones.
HVAC Systems
The HVAC design includes zoned air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, and exhaust systems, all engineered to ensure comfort, noise control, and the ideal ambiance for the relaxation and spa areas.
Fire Fighting Systems
We implemented a comprehensive fire detection and suppression system in full compliance with NBC and local safety regulations. The fire safety equipment is strategically positioned across all key operational zones, ensuring rapid response and optimal safety.
ELV Systems
Our ELV solutions include CCTV surveillance, a Public Address (PA) system, guest Wi-Fi, POS system connectivity, and access control for seamless security and monitoring throughout the facility.
Multi-Use Retail Complex

ETI-TECH delivered comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) solutions for a vibrant boutique-style retail complex. Our team engineered electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV systems to support diverse tenants while optimizing shared infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
The design emphasizes flexibility, scalability, and energy efficiency, enabling each tenant to operate independently while benefiting from centralized services. With zoned HVAC, straightforward maintenance access, and full fire-safety compliance, the complex provides a modern, adaptable environment that evolves with changing business needs.
Electrical Systems
Power distribution was customized for each retail unit, with dedicated infrastructure for common-area lighting, façade illumination, and backup power systems—ensuring uninterrupted operations across the entire complex.
HVAC Systems

Fire Fighting Systems
An integrated fire-protection strategy includes automatic sprinklers, hydrants, and a state-of-the-art fire alarm system, all fully compliant with the National Building Code (NBC) and local regulatory standards to provide robust, reliable coverage.
ELV Systems
Our Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) suite features CCTV surveillance, access control, and Public Address (PA) systems, along with structured cabling to meet each tenant’s unique IT and networking requirements—ensuring seamless connectivity and security throughout the complex.
Modern Township Clubhouse

Located within a large residential township in Accra, Ghana, this premium three-storey clubhouse serves as the community’s central hub for lifestyle and recreation. Designed to combine functionality with sophistication, it features a variety of high-end amenities, including wellness zones, indoor sports areas, banquet halls, and dining lounges—all intended to foster active living and social interaction.
Delivering this vision required precise technical coordination to meet the unique demands of each space while ensuring a seamless user experience. ETI-TECH developed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with a strong focus on energy efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.
